He married Catherine Parry. Catherine died 25/04/1744.

Harry Paulet 4th Duke of Bolton had the following child:

2 i. Catherine² Paulet. She married twice. She married Adam Drummond. She married William Ashe 4/02/1749. William was born 1715. William was the son of William Ashe and Bridget Allen. William died 11/08/1750 at 35 years of age. His body was interred 20/08/1750 in Heytesbury, Wiltshire.
