Admiral M. R. Pechell had the following child:

child 2 i. Blanche Helen Kerr2 Pechell. Blanche died 1917. She married Captain Arthur Halsey 1909. Arthur was born 31/07/1869. Arthur was the son of Frederick Halsey 1st Baronet Gaddesden and Mary Julia Wells. Arthur died 15/08/1957 in Wye, Kent, at 88 years of age.
