1. James Hastings¹ Otway was born 1879. James died 1929 at 50 years of age.

He married Mary Elizabeth Ethelreda Boileau 7 September 1911. Mary was born c1881. Mary was the daughter of Brandram Henry Sydenham Boileau and Gracy Hayes. Mary died 24 July 1943 in Teignmouth, Devon, at 62 years of age.

James Hastings Otway and Mary Elizabeth Ethelreda Boileau had the following child:
