1. William Percival¹ Salmon was born in Calcutta, Bengal, India 1821. William died 1886 in Cricklade, Wiltshire, at 65 years of age.

He married Alicia Frances Battiscombe 1855. Alicia was born in Stoke Pogis, Berkshire 4 July 1830. Alicia was the daughter of Robert Samuel Battiscombe and Elizabeth Rachel Alicia Potts.
