Mr. Sandys had the following children:

2 i. Lilly² Sandys was born in India 1848. Lilly died 1919 at 71 years of age. She married Duncan Scott Pemberton 1877. Duncan was born in Bengal, India 25 February 1837. Duncan was the son of Robert Boileau Pemberton and Henrietta Peach Macleod. Duncan died 23 August 1888 in Gulmarg, Punjab, India, at 51 years of age. He was christened in Calcutta, Bengal, India, 17 March 1837. (See Duncan Scott Pemberton for the continuation of this line.)

She was listed as a resident in the census report in 10 Hanover Terrace, Kensington, London, 1881. Mother (Head of household) listed as Elizabeth M. Sandys b c. 1831 in Cambridge. Mother's nephew listed as Charles S. Lane, b c. 1864 in India.

3 ii. Capel Sandys was born in India c1865. He was listed as a resident in the census report in 10 Hanover Terrace, Kensington, London, 1881.
