4. Henry⁴ Howard 4th Earl of Carlisle (Charles³, Edward², Charles¹) was born 1694. Henry died 2/09/1758 at 64 years of age.

He married twice. He married Lady Frances Spencer 27/11/1717. Frances was the daughter of Charles Spencer 3rd Earl of Sunderland. Frances died 27/07/1742. He married Isabel Byron 8/06/1743. Isabel was the daughter of William Byron 4th Baron Byron.

Henry Howard 4th Earl of Carlisle and Isabel Byron had the following children:

+ 5 i. Frederick⁵ Howard 5th Earl of Carlisle.

6 ii. Lady Juliana Howard.

7 iii. Lady Anne Howard was born 1744. Anne died 13/10/1799 at 55 years of age. Died unmarried.

8 iv. Lady Frances Howard was born 1745. Frances died 27/04/1808 at 62 years of age. She married John Radcliffe April 1768. John died 21/12/1783.

9 v. Lady Elizabeth Howard was born 1747. Elizabeth died June 1813 at 65 years of age. She married twice. She married Peter Delme 16/02/1769. Peter died 5/09/1789. She married Captain Charles Garnier 13/01/1794. Charles died 16/12/1783.

Henry Howard 4th Earl of Carlisle and Lady Frances Spencer had the following children:

10 vi. Charles Howard Viscount Morpeth. Charles died 9/08/1741.

11 vii. Lady Arabella Howard. Arabella died 1746. She married Sir Jonathan Cope 1741.

12 viii. Lady Diana Howard. Diana died 18/03/1770. She married Thomas Duncombe 8/01/1749.

13 ix. Robert Howard Viscount Morpeth was born 1724. Robert died 20/10/1743 at 19 years of age.
