6. Gilbert Samuel⁴ Kendrick (Frederick Samuel³, Henry Samuel², William¹) was born Portishead, Somerset 19/6/1910. Gilbert died 1974 at 64 years of age.

He married twice. He married Queenie May Ashford in Bristol, Somerset, 1933. Queenie was born in Bristol, Somerset 1915. Queenie was the daughter of Mr. Ashford and Miss Joy. Known as Vivienne.

He married Haidee Vickery in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, 1948.

Gilbert Samuel Kendrick and Queenie May Ashford had the following children:

Lt. Cdr AG Kendrick

+ 8 i. Anthony Gilbert⁵ Kendrick (still alive).

9 ii. Christine Mary Kendrick was born in Bristol, Somerset 25/12/1936. Christine died 1965 in Bristol Royal Infirmary, at 29 years of age.

Gilbert Samuel Kendrick and Haidee Vickery had the following child:

10 iii. Paul Kendrick was born c1948.
