He married three times. He married Margaret Peachy. Margaret was born c1663. Margaret was the daughter of John Peachy. Margaret died 23/09/1701 at 37 years of age. Her body was interred 25/09/1710 in Chichester Cathedral. He married Ann Ellson. Ann was born c1680. Ann was the daughter of William Ellson. Ann died 6/05/1709 at 28 years of age. Died without issue.

He married Elizabeth Meux in St. Dunstan's London, 2/05/1710. Elizabeth was the daughter of Sir William Meux. Elizabeth died 22/04/1756. Died without male issue.

John Miller 2nd Baronet and Elizabeth Meux had the following child:

4 i. Elizabeth⁴ Miller. Elizabeth died May 1774. She married Sir Edward Worsley 10/01/1737. Edward was the son of Edward Worsley and Jane Leigh. Edward died August 1762. (See Sir Edward Worsley for the continuation of this line.)

John Miller 2nd Baronet and Margaret Peachy had the following children:

5 ii. Hannah Miller. Hannah died March 1746. She married Thomas Gooch 2nd Baronet c1728. Thomas was born in Worlingham, Suffolk 19/01/1675. Thomas was the son of Thomas Gooch and Frances Lone. Thomas died 14/02/1754 in Ely House, Holborn, London, at 79 years of age. His body was interred 1754 in Gonville and Caius Chapel, Cambridge. 7 iv. Anne Miller. Died unmarried.

8 v. Jane Miller. She married Captain Bockland.

9 vi. Mary Miller. Mary died 2/05/1738. She married Reverend John Buschell.

11 viii. Thomas Miller 3rd Baronet was born 1689. He married Jane Gother 29/01/1707. Jane was the daughter of Francis Gother. Jane died 6/11/1733.

He was baptized 4/04/1689. Religion: religion unknown. Educated at Oxford. Matriculated 1707. MP for Chichester 1715 - 1727
