1. Lachlan¹ MacQueen was born 5/06/1809. Lachlan died 27/04/1895 in Paignton, Devon, at 85 years of age.

Lachlan retired 13/04/1861. Married Harriette Elizabeth on 7 August 1845 (b 12 September 1823, d 24 August 1908). A daughter was born in 1852 and died in 1853.

Lachlan MacQueen had the following children:

2 i. Donald² MacQueen was born 29/03/1846.

3 ii. Harriette MacQueen was born 19/10/1847. She married an unknown person 14/04/1873.

4 iii. Diana Catherine MacQueen was born 2/07/1849. Diana died 28/03/1913 at 63 years of age.

5 iv. Elizabeth MacQueen was born 14/12/1855. Elizabeth died 8/04/1911 at 55 years of age.

6 v. Georgiana MacQueen was born 29/12/1857. Georgiana died 5/12/1906 at 48 years of age. She married Colonel Cecil Beadon 19/07/1898. Cecil was born 23/10/1838. Cecil was the son of Sir Cecil Beadon and Harriet Sneyd. Cecil died 16/01/1913 at 74 years of age. He was baptized in Patna, Bengal, India, 3/03/1839. Religion: religion unknown.
