Thomas married Elizabeth Boyle, daughter of John Boyle, 5th Earl of Cork And Orrey and Lady Henrietta Hamilton, on 4 March 1749. (Elizabeth Boyle was born on 7 May 1731 ³¹⁴ and died on 16 January 1800.)
