In the Royal Navy. By his will, Sir Robert Holmes desires that his nephew Henry should marry within 18 months his natural daughter Mary but should he refuse
to do so then within 18 months from the expiration of the first named
time that John his other nephew should do the same. The property is
devised upon certain conditions to that effect. Mary married Henry.
