  General Notes:

Married to Mary who died in 1738. Married secondly to Sarah, former
wife of Mr. Elworthy. She had two sons, Richard and Thomas Elworthy.
She died in 1785, her will is dated 28 December 1784 and was proved 4
November 1785. She leaves her estate, after debts, in trust to her
children Richard Elworthy, Thomas Elworthy, Mary the wife of Edward
Norrish, John Tremlett and Mary the wife of Richard Read, to be
equally divided between them. (Executor: son John Tremlett; Witnesses:
Henry Howard, John Cousins.)
