Candlesticks with ??. Also I give and bequeath to my said daughter Maria SMITH the following books and other effects (vi..) the Horticultural Cabinet complete ?? Botanical Cabinet, Porcelain tea service marked with crest a miniature set in Gold of my said late husband and his brother the late Henry Lindow Lindow (should be Rawlinson) and a ring with her said father's hair and ?? ??. And to my dear daughter Georgiana RAWLINSON one large Tea pot, one Coffee pot, one cream jug, one Cucumber slicer,one ?? knife and one pair of thread pattern sugar tongs all of silver,one ?? stand and the ?? belonging thereto, one pair of small
Candlesticks all being plated and all the rest of my plate and plated
articles. To my said daughter Georgiana RAWLINSON a china dessert service and the following Books (vi..) Mrs Stevens devotional Comments and Bishop Summer's Commentary. To my said son Abram Lindow Rawlinson and Henry William Lindow Esquire the sum of one thousand pounds in trust for the sole and separate use of my said daughter Maria Smith during her life exclusively and independent of her husband the said Brooke Smith or any other husband with whom she may hereafter intermarry and so as not to be subject to the debts, control or engagements of her said present or any future husband and after her decease in trust for her next of kin according to the Statute for distribution of the personal estates of intestates and the like sum of one thousand pounds in trust for the sole and separate use of my said daughter Georgiana Rawlinson for her life exclusively and independent any husband with whom she may intermarry and so as not to be in any wise subject to the debts, control or engagements of any such husband and after her decease in trust for
such one or more of her children (if any) as she may deed or will only
?? appoint and in default of such appointment for her children share
and share alike and in case she shall leave no issue then for the oldest child of my said Son George Rawlinson who may be living at the time of the decease of my said daughter Gerogiana Rawlinson and indefault thereof to her next of kin. I appoint my dear son ABRAM LINDOW RAWLINSON sole
Executor of my will and the case of his decease in my lifetime I
appoint my son in law BROOKE SMITH of the said city of Bristol,
Gentleman, to be the Executor thereof.


1850 - codicil I revoke and make void the bequest contained in my said will to my Son Abram Lindow Rawlinson and Henry William Lindow Esquire of the sum of one thousand pounds in trust for my daughter Maria Smith the wife of Brooke Smith Gentleman for her life with remainder as therein mentioned and in lieu thereof I give and bequeath to my said daughter Maria Smith the sum of one thousand pounds for her absolute use and benefit and in all other respects I hereby confirm my said will.

1860 codicil: To each of my daughters Maria wife of Brooke Smith and the said daughter Georgiana Heath fifty pounds.
