1st and last Baronet of Coleshill, Berkshire. He entailed his estates on his grandson, Jacob Bouverie, and other Bouveries on condition that each heir should add the name Pleydell.

Mark married Mary Stuart, daughter of Robert Stuart and Mary Spiar.
