Harriot married Edward James Eliot, son of Edward Eliot, 1st Baron Eliot and Catherine Elliston, on 24 September 1785. (Edward James Eliot was born on 24 August 1758 in Port Eliot, St. Germans, Cornwall, died on 20 September 1797 in Port Eliot, St. Germans, Cornwall and was buried on 3 October 1797 in St. Germans, Cornwall.)
