Lascelles Jenner, Rector-Designate of Llangasty, Brecon, uncle of the bride, Lt-Colonel Chalres Oswald Smeaton, R.A., son of the late David James Smeaton, of Letham House, Glenfarg, and Abbey Park, St. Andrews, N.B., to Evelyn Marion Rashleigh, only child of the Rev. F. Rashleigh and Mrs. Rashleigh Burnside, of Great Stambridge Rectory, Essex.
