Charles married someone Gertrude Walrond, daughter of Sir John Walrond Walrond, 1st Baronet and Unknown, on 1 November in 1879.⁷⁹⁵ (Gertrude Walrond was born c 1854 in Wellington, Somerset ²⁰ and died on 5 August 1920 in Selworthy, Somerset ⁶⁵.)
