On the 4th July, at The Warren, Chichester, Matilda, widow of the late
Major-General Edward Bagot, in her 75th year.

2. She appeared on the census in 1871 in 34 Eaton Square, Knightsbridge, London.

3. She signed a will on 5 March 1881.

4. Resided: 4 July 1889, The Warren, Chichester, Sussex. ¹³

5. She had an estate probated on 31 December 1889 in Principal Registry. ¹³

Matilda married Major General Edward Richard Bagot, son of Richard Bagot and Lady Harriet Villiers, on 15 January 1842 in St. George's Hanover Square, London. (Major General Edward Richard Bagot was born on 4 January 1808, christened on 20 January 1808 in Blithfield, Staffordshire,⁷⁷³ died on 20 July 1874 in 34 Eaton Square, Knightsbridge, London ¹³ and was buried in 1874 in Kensal Green Cemetary, London.)

Matilda next married Oswald Perkins.
