Elizabeth had a relationship with Henry Herbert, 10th Earl of Pembroke, son of Henry Herbert, 9th Earl of Pembroke and Mary Fitzwilliam. (Henry Herbert, 10th Earl of Pembroke was born on 3 July 1734 in Pembroke House, Privy Gardens, Whitehall, died on 26 January 1794 in Wilton House, The Park, Wilton, Wiltshire and was buried on 3 February 1794 in Wilton, Wiltshire.)
