College, 1811-1812. (FIBIS) Career in India 1813 - 1847. In 1812
he was a 2nd class civil servant - a civil and sessions judge West
Burdwan, Bancoorah. (The East India Register and Army List) Also
he was special commissioner, under Reg 111 of 1828, for Cuttack. (East
India Register and Army List for 1845).
