A marriage has been arranged , and will take place at the Cathedral, Gibraltar, on November 3, between Captain Launcelot Beadon, A.D.C., Army Service Corps, son of the late Sir Cecil Beadon, K.C.S.I., and Hilda Marian, daughter of Major-General Roper, C.V.O., commanding Infantry Brigade at Gibraltar.

Launcelot married Hilda Marian Roper, daughter of Major-General Roper and Unknown, on 3 November 1904 in The Cathedral, Gibraltar.⁵⁸² (Hilda Marian Roper was born c 1881 ¹⁰ and died on 1 March 1953 in Shedfield Lodge Nursing Home, Shedfield, Southampton ¹³.)
