2. Created Baronet:in 22 March 1836.

3. He had an estate probated on 13 January 1865 in Principal Registry. ¹³

Joseph married Dorothea Prideaux-Brune, daughter of Charles Prideaux and Frances Patten, on 7 December 1815 in Padstow, Cornwall. (Dorothea Prideaux-Brune was born on 12 December 1790 and was christened on 14 March 1791 in Queen's Square Chapel, Bath, Somerset.)
