Hyde next married Caroline Pleydell Bouverie, daughter of Phillip Pleydell Bouverie and Maria à Court, on 23 October 1849 in Bridgwater, Somerset. (Caroline Pleydell Bouverie was born on 21 February 1816 in London, christened on 1 May 1816 in St. Martin-in-the-Fields, London ¹⁴⁷ and died on 8 February 1867.)
