Heytesbury House

July 11 1825

My Dear William,

I send you your accounts to midsummer last, and have nothing to report as regards to the Estate, unless it be that the Park wall is complete, from gate to gate. We have made no alterations at either entrance: - that being a matter of taste, is left for you to do when you come here.

Ever your affectionate Brother

C: A: à Court

The wall account shall be forwarded next quarter when I shall finally settle with Prangley.

Many happy returns of this day to you.

P.S. On a rough calculation, it will require somewhat more that 300£ to run your wall to the turnpike. On reaching the bank, it will be necessary to lean the wall inwards.
