I send you your accounts to Michaelmas last. The 500 & odd pounds advanced for the Dean’s business, will be more than replaced whenever we can convey to John Everett the …….. property he now holds ……..lives. This will probably be done in a few days. I rejoice to say we have bought back your rents to within a few pounds of the original agreements. I may venture to affirm that no other landlord in England can say as much.
