Henry next married Wilhelmina Frederica Bagot, daughter of Sir Charles Bagot and Lady Mary Charlotte Anna Wellesley-Pole, on 17 November 1846 in Blithfield Hall, Staffordshire. (Wilhelmina Frederica Bagot was born on 11 March 1826 and died on 15 April 1852 in Brighton, Sussex.)
