Thomas married Judith Thornhill, daughter of Colonel Timothy Thornhill and Unknown, on 5 July 1688 in St. Peters, Barbados ¹⁷⁹.^,1092 (Judith Thornhill was born on 29 March 1667,¹⁷⁹ died in April 1717 ¹⁰⁹⁴ and was buried on 30 April 1717 in St. James Church, Barbados ¹⁰⁹⁴.)
